1. Introduction

Welcome to Cosmora Jewels ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website (www.cosmorajewels.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Dynamic Pricing & Payments

Live Market Rates: The prices of our jewelry are dynamically calculated based on live global market rates for precious metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum) and diamonds. The final price displayed at the exact moment of your checkout is the binding price. We are not liable for market fluctuations that occur before or after your purchase.

Payment Security: All payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your credit card or net banking details on our servers.

Pricing Errors: In the event of a severe technical glitch resulting in an obviously incorrect price (e.g., a $10,000 necklace listed for $10), Cosmora Jewels reserves the right to cancel and refund the order immediately.

3. Bespoke & Just-In-Time Manufacturing

Craftsmanship Timeline: Cosmora Jewels operates on a premium made-to-order model to ensure pristine quality. Estimated manufacturing timelines (e.g., 10-15 business days) are projections, not guarantees. Complex bespoke designs may require additional time.

Design Variations: Because every piece is hand-finished by master artisans, slight variations in metal weight (± 5%), stone carat, or finish may occur compared to 3D digital renders. This is the hallmark of genuine handcrafted luxury, not a defect.

4. Anti-Fraud & The "Unboxing Video" Policy

To protect both our clients and our business from transit fraud, you are strictly required to record a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video when receiving your package.

• The video must start showing the sealed package with the shipping label clearly visible.
• It must show the cutting of the tamper-evident seals and the inspection of the jewelry inside.
• Claims for "missing items" or "damaged in transit" will only be entertained if accompanied by this unedited video evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

Cosmora Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order, without prior notice, if our fraud-detection algorithms flag the transaction as high-risk or suspicious.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Liability

All Cosmora packages are fully insured during transit. However, our liability ends the moment the package is signed for at the designated delivery address. We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery signature is obtained. If you authorize someone else to sign for your package, you do so at your own risk.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Because our items are manufactured instantly upon order specifically for your selected size, purity, and diamond choice, orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced (usually within 12 hours of payment). For our full return criteria, please review our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom designs, 3D CAD renders, logos, images, and text generated by or displayed on Cosmora Jewels remain our exclusive intellectual property. Purchasing a custom-designed piece gives you physical ownership of the jewelry, but Cosmora Jewels retains the right to recreate, modify, or display the design for marketing purposes unless a formal exclusivity agreement is signed.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
